Rebrand for California-based restaurant umbrella company WKS. The client wanted something simple but strong; something memorable, but not overshadowing to its many franchises. They also wanted to include a reference to the year they were established, 1987.

The chosen solution was a basic but bold mark. This logo shed the flare and ornate nature of their previous one for the aspects of strength and stability.

Also requested for internal purposes were hybrid versions of the new WKS logo with each franchise. 

We are currently working with WKS on implementing the new branding into things such as business cards, social media and internal decor.
